1. General Information

This website nafpaktianporthouse.gr provides information for the property Nafpaktian Port House in Nafpaktos. The use of the website and our services implies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms.

2. Reservations and Payments

Confirmation: A reservation is considered valid only after our confirmation via email or text message (SMS).
Cancellation Policy:
- For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb), any cancellation or change request must be processed exclusively through the respective platform and their customer service, as their own policy applies.
- Please note that for direct bookings benefiting from special discounts, preferential rates, and payment flexibilities (Non-refundable), THERE IS NO refund or date change option in case of cancellation.
Check-in / Check-out: Arrival after 15:00 and departure until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Methods: Supplementary charges (damages, keys, etc.) are paid only by cash or direct bank deposit. Cards and checks are not accepted for these cases.

3. Property & House Rules

Damages: The cost of repairing any damage due to negligence or misuse is solely the guest's responsibility and must be paid immediately. Please report any malfunction in a timely manner.
Loss of Keys: Loss is charged at 70 euros due to the need to change the lock.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Allowed only on balconies and in the yard.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets ARE NOT ALLOWED at our property. If a pet is found, the owner reserves the right to request the immediate eviction of the guests without a refund. Additionally, a special deep cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
Accessibility: Due to stairs, access for individuals with wheelchairs is not possible.
Cleanliness: Daily care of utensils and appliances is the responsibility of the guests. Trash must be disposed of in municipal bins.
Energy & Environment: Please make sure to turn off the air conditioners, the water heater, and the lights every time you leave the house. Responsible energy consumption is not just a habit, but a core life value & every small action counts. Let's protect the environment today to ensure a sustainable tomorrow!.
Quiet Hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
Minor Guests: The stay of minors (individuals under 18 years of age) at the property without the presence and supervision of a parent or legal guardian is strictly prohibited. Guests bear full responsibility for the safety and behavior of the minors accompanying them throughout their stay. If it is discovered that minors are left unattended in the property, management reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay, request the evacuation of the property without a refund, and/or notify the relevant authorities
Restrictions - Prohibitions: Pets, parties, professional photo shoots, and overnight stays for undeclared guests are not allowed.

4. Personal Data (GDPR)

We only collect necessary details (Name, Phone, Email) for the booking and receipt issuance. Data remains confidential.

5. Limitation of Liability

Personal Belongings: Nafpaktian Port House bears no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings, valuables, or documents during their stay.
Accidents & Personal Injuries: Guests are solely responsible for their safety inside and outside the property. The property bears no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur while using the premises (including staircases).
Utility Interruptions & Technical Issues: We are not responsible for temporary disruptions in electricity, water, or internet (Wi-Fi) supply, nor for unexpected appliance breakdowns due to external providers or unforeseen factors. However, we commit to making every effort for their immediate restoration.
Force Majeure: The property is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters).
Right to Terminate Stay: Owners reserve the right to request the immediate departure of guests who do not comply with these rules, without any obligation to provide a refund.

6. Applicable Law

Any dispute is governed by Greek Law and the competent courts of Athens.
